Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. No offer will be received or considered by Owner unless the offer contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the offer that states: "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148." All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractor's Board at the time of bid submission. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the "Instructions to Bidders" upon the Bid form provided. UO encourages bids from Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Businesses. Asphalt Pavement Repairs and Improvements project located on the campus of University of Oregon, in Eugene, Oregon. The Project includes replacing asphalt pavement and restriping at various parking lot across the UO Eugene campus. Work to be completed during the UO summer June 18, 2024 - September 30, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids and to waive minor informalities. Pre-Bid Meeting Sign-In sheet was issued as Addendum 1
