Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Eugene, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Taxiways Charlie (C) and Mike (M) are constructed of asphalt pavement that is rapidly deteriorating and has reached the end of its usable life. The project will rehabilitate a combined 6,000 linear feet of both Taxiway C and M to meet FAA design standards for Airplane Design Group (ADG) III / Taxiway Design Group (TDG) 5 aircraft. New ADG Ill taxiway shoulders will be constructed as part of this project. The pavement condition index (PCI) completed in September 2018 indicated that Taxiway C is rated at 49 and Taxiway M is rated at 42 to 67, which is considered poor to fair condition. No additional operational costs are anticipated from this project As of November 1, 2023, project is included in FY2023-2029. Funded for FY2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
