Renovation of a fire / police facility in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,865-square-foot fire / police facility.
**As of December 21, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on mid-January.** Renovation of the fifth and seventh floor offices of the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Administration Building. The fifth floor renovation is approximately 1,000 square feet and the seventh floor renovation is approximately 1,865 square feet. A complete set of Construction Documents for this project can be obtained from C Design, Inc., during normal office hours. A plan deposit is not required. Bidding documents are available in electronic format only from C Design, Inc. Registration is required to obtain the bid documents. Neither Cabarrus County nor C Design, Inc. will be responsible for copies of bidding document obtained from sources other than C Design, Inc. For assistance in obtaining bid documents, email both Joe Humphrey (jhumphrey@cdesigninc.com) & Alexus Jones (ajones@cdesigninc.com). Construction is expected to start June 2024 and take approximately 90 days to complete. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. If you have been invited to bid on this project by the owner, please notify our editorial staff at contentcase@constructconnect.com.
