Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Tiger, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Rabun County Board of Education (RCBOE) is requesting submittals from interested and qualified Contractors (firms) for Construction Professional (CP) services for the above referenced projects. The preferred delivery method is Construction Manager at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Documents for the preparation of Proposals shall be obtained from CHD Architects, (Architect of Record) 3330 Cumberland Blvd. Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30339, Telephone (770) 423-0016, email hello@cdhpartners.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive technicalities and formalities. No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety days subsequent to the opening of proposals without written consent approval of the Owner. The preliminary Stated Cost of Limitation (SCL) shall be $35,000,000. Question Deadline 11/29/2023 It is the responsibility of each respondent to examine the entire RFP, seek clarification in writing, and review its submittal for accuracy before submitting the document. The existing facility will be occupied during construction and safety fencing will be required. subcontractor. The contract may have liquidated damages.
