Rabun County Schools (RCS) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a 40-foot by 80-foot (40' x 80') storage building to be located on school property located at 963 Tiger Connector Rd, Tiger GA.. The building will be used for general storage and must allow sufficient space for the unloading and maneuvering of tractor-trailer deliveries. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project, which includes but is not limited to: Construction of a 40' x 80' storage building with insulation and gutters. 14-foot side walls One (1) automated 10'w x 12'h roll-up door One (1) standard 36" walk-in personnel door Adequate surrounding space for tractor-trailer maneuvering and unloading No electrical wiring or plumbing is required Site preparation, foundation, and all associated work necessary for a complete and secure structure Rabun County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
