The City of Lone Tree (City) seeks to partner with a qualified contractor to perform on-call facility maintenance and repair services at all City owned facilities. Certain specifications are listed below; see Section 2 attached for the full Scope of Services. The contractor must provide technicians for all on-call service requests. Technicians will be required to respond within 24 hours to service requests. Technicians will need to be available 7 days a week for service requests. This will be a six-month service agreement with the possibility of three extensions. This will be a Time & Material based service agreement. Technicians must have comprehensive knowledge of all facility maintenance trades. Technicians must be able to pass background screening as well as obtain CJIS certification. Bidders must hold all required certifications and be able to perform the Scope of Services in Section 2 of this RFP. Selected Contractor shall complete the work in accordance with all State of Colorado and City of Lone Tree regulations and requirements and provide all completed inspection reports to the City upon successful completion of the project. *The City of Lone Tree reserves the right to reject any proposals and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City
