As of November 6, 2025, a buyer is in process but has not been finalized yet. Reference Number 0000337339 The City of Lone Tree, Colorado, has recently purchased a commercial property in the Lone Tree Entertainment District at 9070 Maximus Drive. The intent of this purchase was to accelerate the redevelopment of a highly visible and key parcel in the City and establish a vibrant restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality use through new construction on the site. Attached is our Request for Proposals (RFP), and we are looking for qualified developers or end-users to submit proposals that would like to be a part of this exciting project and that fit the City's vision for the project. Additional information can also be found at 9070 Maximus Drive - City of Lone Tree, and our initial review of proposals will begin on January 15, 2024.
