The Preliminary program estimates a hard cost budget of approximately $23 - $28 Million for the Justice Center. The new Justice Center will be an iconic structure that helps determine design standards for future City Projects. The City has elected to pursue a Construction Manager as General Contractor (CM/GC) delivery method for this project. It is expected that the selected CM/GC partner is highly collaborative and works closely with the Design Team and City Staff during the design of the project not only for cost estimating services but also for constructability reviews and establishing Value Engineering options. The new Justice Center will be required to adhere to the City of Lone Tree Site Improvement Plan Review and a Ridgegate East Plan Review. The City will also be responsible for issuing Building Permits.
