The City of Lone Tree (City) seeks to partner with a qualified contractor to construct and install millworks at the City Civic Center, 8527 Lone Tree Parkway, Lone Tree, Colorado 80124. Certain specifications are listed below; see Section 2 attached for the full Scope of Services. Construct and install new fifteen (15) seat council dais and presenter podium. Construct and install millwork panels in council chambers. Construct and install millwork for new lobby security desk. Provide preliminary pricing from working construction documents. Final costs can be provided once construction documents have been completed. All millwork must be completed and installed by August 16th, 2024.
