The City of Lone Tree (City) seeks to partner with a qualified contractor to complete LED lighting and electrical upgrades on the main level of the City Civic Center, 8527 Lone Tree Parkway, Lone Tree, Colorado 80124. Certain specifications are listed below; see Section 2 attached for the full Scope of Services. Remove and dispose of all existing lighting fixtures. Install new LED lighting fixtures throughout the main level to replace existing fixtures. Install new electrical to council dais pre city specifications. The city will supply all new light fixtures, and the contractor will be responsible for all other materials needed to complete the project. The contractor is responsible for all permits and inspections by the city building department.
