Reference Number 0000355230 Job Location: 8827 Lone Tree Parkway, Lone Tree CO 80124 Drainage improvements at main entrance to facility The City of Lone Tree (City) seeks to partner with a qualified contractor to complete a drainage improvement project at the Lone Tree Hub, 8827 Lone Tree Parkway, Lone Tree, Colorado 80124. Certain specifications are listed below; see Section 2 attached for the full Scope of Services. Remove 7x15 section of sidewalk by main entrance of building. Install a new 15-foot-long trench drain. Connect the new trench drain to the existing storm drain 12 feet away. Install new 7x15 section of sidewalk. Provide pedestrian safety as needed throughout the project. Provide shop drawings for city permit requirements.
