Reference Number 0000361215 Job Location: Lincoln Avenue east of Lone Tree Parkway The contract provides for approximately 265 LF of cured in place pipe lining of an existing 84" CMP located under Lincoln Avenue and all associated cleaning, inspection, and restoration necessary for a complete lining installation. There will NOT be a pre-bid conference for this Project. Question Deadline 09/03/2024 at 1:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the Bid Deadline. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities therein. All Bidders agree that damage or claim shall not be brought by any Bidder because of rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the City because of such rejections.
