Reference Number 0000365197 Delivery Point: City of Lone Tree The City of Lone Tree is requesting written proposals from qualified firms for the Snow Plowing and Routine Street and Storm Maintenance Services. This project will be run through the City's Operations and Maintenance Division of Public Works. April 1, 2025 Anticipated start date The term of the contract shall begin on April 1, 2025 and continue through March 31, 2026. The agreement shall run for five (5) consecutive one-year terms. In January of each new year City staff and the contractor will review any changes to quantity, addition, or deletion of bid items and at the cities direction these items can be modified with approval for each one-year term, subject to annual appropriation by the Lone Tree City Council, unless sooner terminated by either Party.
