Reference Number 0000348555 Job Location: 8527 Lone Tree Parkway, Lone Tree CO 80124 Replacement of lobby and restroom procelain tile at the City Civic Center. The City of Lone Tree (City) seeks to partner with a qualified contractor to complete a tile replacement project in the lobby at the City Civic Center, 8527 Lone Tree Parkway, Lone Tree, Colorado 80124. Certain specifications are listed below; see Section 2 attached for the full Scope of Services. Remove and replace an estimated 1,125 square feet of floor porcelain tile. Remove and replace an estimated 650 square feet of porcelain wall tile. Provide all prep work for installing new tile. Project is scheduled to start and finish in July 2024. The city will provide all new tiles, contractor to provide all other materials and labor. The city will provide roll off for tile removal.
