Work of this Contract comprises of the modification and addition of building conditions and equipment to improve accessibility as per the Lean Forward Initiative. 2. Install new voice and visual display intercoms as shown on the tender documents. Remove existing intercom system at Water Street entrance and install new voice and visual display intercoms as shown on the tender documents. 3. Remove existing and install power assisted door equipment as shown on the tender documents. 4. Paint exterior handrails as shown on the tender documents. 5. Install new parking, building, entrance, directional, security signage as shown on the tender documents, to meet PSPC standards. 6. Install window film as shown on the tender documents.
