Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 4 addendum issued for this RFP. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/04 03:00:00 PM NST Subsequent to the issuance of the Universal Design Standard in 2021 ("UDS 2021") by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, GNL is initiating an accessibility study of public government buildings for compliance with the UDS 2021. The buildings listed below must be investigated for accessibility deficiencies and recommendations for modifications made in a series of individual reports compiled in a final report. Professional Liability Insurance for the duration of the Contract which shall remain in effect until one year following expiration of the PCA Agreement. This Insurance shall provide coverage equal to or greater than $250,000 per claim, $500,000 in aggregate for projects under $2 million construction value or $500,000 per claim. The Prime Consultant shall be fully responsible for all amounts deducted from this value by the Prime Consultant's Insurer. Commercial liability insurance is acceptable to the Client with a minimum limit of $1,000,000.
