A Formal Pre-bid Meeting Will Not Be Held. Bid Security for at Least Ten Percent of the Total Bid Price is Required With the Bid. Kent County Department of Public Works Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Technicalities. Project Locations: a. 5615 W. Denney's Rd, Dover DE 19904 b. 109 Thomas More Drive, Magnolia DE 19962 c. 87 Main St., Dover DE 19901 (Little Creek) d. 351 Big Oak Rd., Smyrna DE 19977 Project Scope: This Bid is for the equipment purchase of four (4) emergency diesel generator sets of various sizes, ranging from 40 kW to 250 kW, and all incidentals necessary to complete the manufacture, test, deliver, and provide startup services of said equipment as specified in the bid documents. The equipment shall be delivered to various Kent County sewage pumping stations located in Kent County. Kent County shall be responsible for unloading services, installation, generator fuel and insuring the equipment upon delivery to the sites. The County will utilize the existing automatic transfer switches with the new equipment.
