Award: Blackrock Industries for $387,289.96 PROJECT LOCATION Fallen Timber Dr. & Windy Harbor Dr, City of Austin 2-Mile ETJ, Travis County, TX A. This Contract contains the requirements for constructing the Travis County WCID No. 17 - Windmill Bluff Water Line Improvements. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and appurtenances necessary to construct this Project. B. The Project is located in the City of Austin's Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), in Travis County, Texas, as shown in the Plans. C. Upon completion and acceptance, this Project will be owned and operated by the Travis County WCID No. 17. Travis County WCID No. 17's - Construction Specifications and Standards are included and made a part of this Contract, with additional Specification Sections to supplement. D. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Installation of 8-inch water lines. 2. Installation of associated improvements including but not limited to gate valves, fire hydrants, air release valves and water services. 3. Site restoration including pavement repair, gravel repair, driveway repair, and revegetation.
