Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a 2,066-square-foot municipal facility.
As of 2/14/2023, this project has been canceled. A. Work of this project includes: 1. Addition of an uninterruptible power supply similar to the existing uninterruptible power supply and cabled to operate both uninterruptible power supply units supplying information technology rack's power supplies for redundant operation. 2. Add a panelboard (UPS-B) for redundant information technology racks' power supplies. 3. Add a Pre Action water sprinkler fire suppression system with new fire alarm panel in event of fire within the computer room along with de energization of the building via shunt trip main circuit breaker in panel DPA and shutdown both UPS equipment. B. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total cost contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. Provide labor, material, equipment, related services, and supervision required, including, but not limited to, manufacturing, fabrication, erection, and installation for a static uninterruptible power supply (UPS) as required for the complete performance of the work and as shown on the Drawings and as herein specified. Written questions must be submitted no later than DECEMBER 1, 2023 SITE NO: 149720 BLDG NO: 148081 SITE VISIT INFORMATION: N/A Contract time for the work to be completed in full will be 540 calendar days.
