The Dunes Community Development District (Owner) hereby invites qualified companies to submit bids for the Reclaimed Water Main project that include the following: The project is a reclaimed water main replacement with approximately 80 feet of 12- inch PVC pipe which will be installed via open cut across Jungle Hut Road and approximately 3,800 feet of 16 inch DR11 HDPE pipe which will be installed via three (3) horizontal directional drills (HDD) under the Hammock Dunes Golf Course to connect to the existing reclaimed water system. The plan will include the removal of the existing temporary reclaimed water main repair that was implemented in April 2023 near the Hammock Dunes Club, 30 Avenue Royale, Palm Coast, FL 32137. The existing reclaimed water main located in the dune was impacted during Hurricane Nicole, limiting supply of reclaimed water to the southern OWNER service area. OWNER is seeking a permanent reclaimed water main replacement to reconnect the service area. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest.
