Renovation of a water / sewer project in Danbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of January 04, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded next couple of weeks* Work consists of: Masonry repair, roof repairs and replacement for the Filter and Central Building as detailed in the drawings and specifications including but not limited to removal and replacement of membrane, insulation, sheet metal work, and adjacent flashings. A bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid shall accompany each bid. A non-collusion statement for Prime Contractors and any addendum acknowledgements must also be submitted at the time of the bid. A performance, labor and materials bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid will be required. All questions by contractors shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent's office no later than 12:00, noon on Tuesday, 28 November 2023.
