Site work for a water / sewer project in Port St Joe, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $2,650.00 per day. This project includes the installation of approximately 64,320 LF of potable water main ranging in size from 12 to 18 PVC and HDPE in Gulf County, FL. The materials will be provided by Gulf County. All questions must be submitted to Clay Smallwood, P.E. at csmallwood@gulfcounty-fl.gov. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation of contractors doing business to the State of Florida.
