The location of the project site is: Sedge Island Natural Education Center Winter Anchor Access Drive Seaside Park, NJ 08752 GPS Coordinates: 39.7895 N, 74.1158 W On November 17, 2023, the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) will electronically randomly select from an appropriate pool of its pre-qualified consultants, a short list of firms who will be invited to submit a Technical and Fee Proposal Technical Proposals will be evaluated by the Selection Committee based upon the following evaluation criteria: 1. Firm/Team Organization/Sub-Consultants 2. Experience of the Firm, Project Team and Key Team Members 3. Project Approach/Understanding of Project 4. The Firm's Approach to Maintaining the Project Schedule Sedge Island Wildlife Management Area is located at the southern end of Island Beach State Park. The 1600-acre sedge region is maintained by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Division of Fish & Wildlife. This location houses the Sedge Island Natural Resource Education Center facility, the state's only Marine Conservation Zone. The DEP Program Directors and interns continue to provide the hands-on educational programs for scientists, researchers, explorers, school groups, and environmental conservation clubs exploring both the natural and cultural history of the area
