Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of this Contract comprises of an interior office renovation for the University of Winnipeg, Faculty of Business & Economics. The renovation will include new glazed partitions, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, for open workstations on the 4th floor of Buhler Centre, located at 460 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg Manitoba; and identified as the University of Winnipeg Buhler Centre.. The contract will come into effect ASAP, once project is awarded. The successful bidder will be expected to provide material and labor in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided. This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder.
