Reference Number 0000259469 Pricing Lump sum The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The scope of the RFP includes inspection and testing of the following systems every two (2) years: 1. Stairwell pressurization fans 2. Vestibule pressurization systems 3. Elevator pressurization systems 4. Motorized fire and smoke dampers that are part of a stairwell, vestibule, or elevator pressurization system It is the intent to enter into an agreement with one proponent. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for one (1) optional term of two (2) years. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be effective on or about February 1, 2024.
