Other Details Bidder shall have current standing as a City approved pre-qualified Bidder prior to submitting a bid for this Project. Bidders that submit a Bid without being pre-qualified shall have their Bid deemed non-responsive. This Electronic Bid Bond is to be executed by the Bidder and the surety company unless bid is accompanied by cash, cashier's check or certified check. The amount of this bond shall be not less than ten (10) percent of the total amount bid and may be shown in dollars or on a percentage basis. The Bidder's Bond form is included in Part II. Bidding Documents, Section F. Bidder's Bond. Bidder must possess a current valid Class "A" General Engineering, and/or Class "C-13" Fencing and/or Class "C-32" Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor's Licenses issued by the State of California This Project does not have a Pre-Bid meeting scheduled.
