.1 Demolition of power sources supplying the existing X-Ray equipment in rooms FM45, C138A and C142A . .2 Inspection, testing and servicing of existing power supply including feeders and 480V 3P breakers for C138A and C142A to determine suitability for reuse. X-Ray equipment supplied and installed by Vendor. .3 Provide new breakers in supply source panel complete with feeders and disconnects for FM45. Relocate existing client owned 150kVA transformer from Room 02-5-MR5 to Room 04-S-ER2. X-Ray equipment supplied and installed by Vendor. .4 Provide new LED lighting and lighting controls. .5 Provide disconnects, conduit, shunt trip enclosed breakers, emergency push buttons and junction boxes as noted on plans. .6 Coordination of new installations with vendor providing new equipment in associated rooms. Bids will be accepted exclusively from the selected Bidders that are on the current TOH Roster of Prequalified General Contractors, subsequent to TOH-2023-032 ($250K - $2M). Mechanical and Electrical Work shall be performed by the subcontractors that are on the current TOH Roster of Prequalified contractors, as Mechanical Plumbing, Sheet Metal, and Electrical Contractors. Alternatively, Work may be performed by Subcontractors that are qualified through the General Contractor, as per the requirements and process established in the Master Agreement subsequent to TOH-2023-032 ($250K - $2M).
