The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office intends to one (1) firm fixed price Utility Energy Service Contract for solar electric power generation at Yakama Service Unit, Toppenish, Washington as a to Yakama Power as the only responsible pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1. IHS would like an economically viable energy project that will reduce carbon emissions and energy conversation measures in accordance with Section 152 of the Energy Policy Act, Public Law 102-486, 42 USC 8256. The NAICS code is 221114. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
