As of December 29, 2023, this project is tentatively scheduled for award in January 2024 to JMJ Construction. As of December 21,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded around mid-January. This project will install shade structures at five locations in four parks throughout the City of Corona: Mountain Gate Park, Lincoln Park, Cresta Verde Park and Santana Park. Four sites receiving the shade structures are to be installed at existing playgrounds and one set will be installed at an existing baseball complex. The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, bid and contract documents, specifications, drawings, appendices, and required bid forms. Bidders shall complete the required bid forms in their entirety and submit electronically through the PlanetBids system. Bidders will not be able to submit their bids without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Bidders shall use the Line Items Tab to submit their bid price. All addenda shall be acknowledged electronically through the PlanetBids system. Estimated Bid Value $275,000 - $300,000 Bidders shall upload each required bid form individually and are cautioned to insure that all required forms are completed and signed prior to uploading into the PlanetBids System. Bid documents can be uploaded, modified or withdrawn any time prior to the bid submission deadline. The PlanetBids system will not accept late bids. No exceptions. Failure to submit electronic bids shall result in a non-responsive bid and will not be considered for award.
