Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Corona, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
The project generally consists of the demolition and disposal of four (4) buildings/storage containers, a pool, and an abandoned water storage tank. Work includes, but is not limited to, existing hardscape and flatwork, utility disconnection/removals, pest abatement, abatement of hazardous materials, miscellaneous removals, and fill and compaction per the grading plans and installation of irrigation and sod per the landscape plan. License Requirements 'A' General Engineering or Specialty Class 'C-21' Building Moving/Demolition Contractor licenses sufficient to complete the work with both requiring an 'ASB' Asbestos Certification. Bid Valid 120 calendar days All electronic Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount not less than 10% of the submitted Total Bid Price pursuant to Section 12 Bid Guarantee (Bond) of the Instructions to Bidders.
