Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oxnard, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of December 19, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 6, 2023.** LIQUIDATED DAMAGES. Contractor must complete all Work within eighty (80) Working Days of the City Notice to Proceed. There will be a $4,200.00 assessment for each Calendar Day that Work remains incomplete beyond the Project completion deadline. LICENSES. Each Bidder shall possess a valid Class A Contractor license issued by California Contractors State License Board at the time of Bid submission and a current City business license at the time of Contract award. The 2018 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and the 2019 Errata No. 1 to the Standard Specification for Public Works Construction 2018 Edition (collectively the Greenbook) is incorporated by this reference. As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to remove and dispose of excavated asphalt concrete and installation of PCC pavement, and resurfacing of asphalt concrete pavement alley within the Fremont North neighborhood alleys as detailed in the Special Provisions and plans.
