Lamar Community College will receive Statements of Qualifications for consideration to become pre-qualified bidders from: General Contractors. The project consists of the renovation of an existing approximate 35,500 SF building located on the existing main campus for Lamar Community College consists of reconfiguration and renovation to the existing Library and Tutoring spaces on the main level of the Bowman Building. All firms responding to this Request for Qualification will be notified of their status no later than December 22, 2023.
