Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of December 16, 2024, the school construction team secured unanimous votes from both the School Committee and the Town Council at the November 2024 meetings, for a plan that includes a new building at Hanaford, instead of a substantial addition and renovation. With that decision made, the team can now design and get updated cost estimates based on those new designs for the entire $150 million construction project (including a new Frenchtown and a variety of renovations at EGHS). Sub contractor bidding is likely to be scheduled third or fourth quarter of 2025, per the construction manager. Renovations or New Build Replacement - Hanaford Elementary School This project is part of a $150 million bond that was passed and approved by the voters on November 7, 2023.
