Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Working plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of September 11, 2025, some sitework contracts are in the process of awarding preconstruction contracts. A firm bid date and documents are not currently available. 90% drawings are anticipated to be ready in approximately one month. Construction is anticipated to begin January of 2026. This project is part of a $150 million bond that was passed and approved by the voters on November 7, 2023. Per the Town Manager, as of March 2025, an architect, construction manager and project manager have been selected. The town manager states that construction is anticipated to begin in late 2025 or early 2026.
