Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Minnedosa, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Work of this Contract comprises installation of automatic sprinkler system, fire alarm modifications, fire stopping, water piping and minor building alterations at the Minnedosa Personal Care Home. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
