Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minnedosa, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Minnedosa is seeking the services of a qualified and professional Proponent to provide all required work to supply and place rolled curb and paving on 5th Ave SW between 3rd St SW and PTH 16A. All Inquiries shall be directed to: Brian Jensen Manager of Operations Town of Minnedosa opsmanager@minnedosa.com 204 867-0037 Roadway to be reconstructed is located on 5th Ave SW between 3rd St SW and PTH 16A in the Town of Minnedosa and extends approximately 351m. There is currently no curb and gutter in place. The Project consists of all the work necessary to complete each item as specified below: a. Excavate and haul away all existing asphalt pavement and perform any required shaping of subbase to include compaction. b. As required, haul away any excess material/pavement to the Minnedosa Public Works Yard. C. Supply and place 100mm of A-Base to include compaction. d. Supply and place rolled type curb and gutter. e. Supply and place any required concrete curb end for drainage. e. Supply and place 75mm of asphalt. f. Make any driveway adjustments as required approximately 2m back from the curb. g. Supply and place 50mm asphalt for affected asphalt driveways. h. Supply and place A-Base to repair affected gravel driveways. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
