adaptive playground equipment for Washakie County School District No. 1 at East Side Elementary School. The successful proposal / quote will be taken to the Washakie County Board of Trustees for final vote on December 11, 2023. All Required Equipment shall be exact model or model as close to comparable to the exact model. Potential playground equipment area could be 1000 Sq Ft up to 1800 Sq ft based on equipment and space needed. 1) (1) Ramped Freestanding (Rock with Me or similar piece of equipment) with Ramp Attachment and Guardrails for wheelchair accessibility) 2) (3) Sensory Rings, 1 with bells, 1 with piano sensor, on with spin chimes or comparable models 3) (1) Adaptive Swing Package, with galvanized chain, and with adaptive safety belt kit. 4) (1) Inclusive Whirl or Orbit or similar piece of equipment 5) (1) Composer Panel 6) Rubberized Infill (PIP mix or similar material) for playground area for easy wheel chair accessibility, also may be willing to consider turf. 7) Concrete Curbing will be required around the perimeter of area housing the equipment District highly prefers that company install the equipment. Please provide this as a separate line item within the proposal / quote. Shipping of equipment will be to East Side Elementary School c/o Washakie County School District No. 1, 203 N. 15 th Avenue, Worland, WY 82401. Washakie County School District #1 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals / quotes, to waive any informality in the proposals / quotes, and unless otherwise specified by the proposing party, to accept any item in the proposals. Washakie County School District #1 is not obligated to take the lowest price, but may take a combination of lowest price and ability to meet all required conditions
