Contract with the CITY OF WORLAND FOR THE ASPHALT MILL & OVERLAY AND MISCELLANEOUS CONCRETE UPGRADES ALONG 10TH STREET FROM BIG HORN AVE. TO OBIE SUE AVE, AND ALONG ROBERTSON AVE. FROM WEST OF N. 8TH STREET TO N. 10TH STREET. It is assumed that all bidders will have copies of the Wyoming Public Works Standard Specifications - 2015 Edition. Bids shall be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the CITY OF WORLAND AND MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE WITH THE PROJECT NAME. The CITY OF WORLAND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
