The Project includes the following Work: Part A, Ray Charles Avenue: Resurface approximately 3,000 L.F. (0.57 miles) of existing roadway, sodding, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic per plans. The project begins at the intersection of Overstreet Avenue and ends at the intersection of North Grand Avenue. Alternate 1: Resurface approximately an additional 600 L.F. (0.12 miles) of existing roadway of Ray Charles Avenue that have been excluded in the plans, sodding, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic. Part B, Obadiah Street: Resurface approximately 600 L.F. (0.12 miles) of existing roadway, sodding, driveway apron construction, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic per plans. The project begins at the intersection of Ray Charles Avenue and ends at the intersection of Main Street. Alternate 1: Resurface approximately an additional 900 L.F. (0.17 miles) of existing roadway of Obadiah Street that have been excluded in the plans, sodding, driveway apron construction, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic. Part C, Church Street: Resurface approximately 1,350 L.F. (0.26 miles) of existing roadway, sodding, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic per plans. The project begins at the intersection of Main Street and ends at the intersection of Main Street. Alternate 1: Resurface approximately an additional 2,200 L.F. (0.42 miles) of existing roadway of Church Street that have been excluded in the plans, sodding, signing and pavement markings, and maintenance of traffic. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Ray Charles Avenue, Obadiah Street, & Church Street The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. Contractor shall be prequalified by Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in work classes required for this project.
