The Project consists of reconstruction of sidewalks, brick work, granite planters, site amenities, street lighting, and electrical service on Avenue A between the 3rd Street and 1st Street on the northwest side of the street and in front of Town Hall building at 1st street, replanting of granite planters between the 2nd street alley and 1st street alley on the southeast side of the street, and an alternate for replacement of traffic mast arms at the 3rd street intersection in downtown Turners Falls, MA. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive and Davis Bacon and shall pay the higher of the two rates. Furnish all labor, materials, plant, equipment and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the complete installation of all electrical work specified herein and/or indicated on the drawings, including, but not limited to the following: 1. Branch circuit wiring, conduit, and raceway. 2. Luminaires, lamps, and poles. 3. Wiring Devices and Plates. 4. Modifications to existing load center. 5. Demolition, removal from site, and legal disposal of all existing electrical systems and equipment made obsolete by new construction.
