Renovation of a water / sewer project in Juniata Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Without intending to limit or restrict the volume of Work required, the project includes but is not limited to the following: Replacement of two (2) existing sewage grinder pumps, replacement of pump guide/slide rails ant installation of pump bypass system. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The Bid Security shall be made payable to the Oliver Township Municipal Authority. All Bid Bonds must be accompanied by a Power of Attorney or suitable letter of commitment from a licensed surety company as described in the Instructions to Bidders and Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portion thereof, and to waive any informalities and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township. Question Deadline 12/05/2023 at 4:00 PM ET All questions must be answered, and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized BIDDERS requiring an interpretation of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, including ADDENDA, shall contact the ENGINEER via PennBid's "Question" tab.
