Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of construction and renovation of Surrey Sport and Leisure – HVAC Unit Replacement, located at 16555 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, British Columbia V4N 0E9. The general components of the Work include: Complete supply and install of 10 HVAC units and 1 Condensing unit. All craning, rigging and moving. Removal and discarding of old units. Traffic management. All electrical and control wiring. Ducting, Curbing, Sleepers, Roofing, Flashing as needed in drawing and spec. Start up and commissioning. Award amount was not released for publication.
