Reference Number 00003797727 It is the intent of the Board to use this RFP process to select a single qualified Contractor who meets the Boards requirements for EV charging equipment, while seeking to phase out existing original equipment and standardize its Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) infrastructure. Upgrade up to 23 existing non-networked chargers to networked chargers at multiple school sites, for which existing non-networked chargers are already installed and operational. Add up to 14 networked chargers at new construction sites as they become built and operational. The selected Contractor will coordinate all supply equipment with VSBs facilities staff/teams. The electrical installation and provisions are to be completed by VSBs in-house electrical trades. During the contract term, the number of chargers purchased will depend on the available budget in a given fiscal year. It is the Boards intent to establish a Master Agreement for new EV chargers for specific sites as the need arises.
