Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Elmvale, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 1,620-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Bid cancelled. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the design-bid-build of a new washroom facility and pavilion building proposed for the Homer Barrett Park in Elmvale as further described in Schedule 1 of this RFB. Homer Barrett Park has been the hub for fun within the community of Elmvale. This park is home to the splash pad, playground equipment, pickle ball courts, hockey rink, and summer day camps. The Township of Springwater (The Township) invites you to bid on the design-bid-build of a new washroom facility within the park. The building will have three (3) accessible washrooms, storage room and mechanical area. The roof will extend into a pavilion to provide shelter for tables. Concepts are provided in Appendix A.
