Project Category Code: Water Utilities, Water Well Repair/Rehabilitation, Electrical and Controls Description: The East Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District (District or ECCV) is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified construction contractors for construction. Additional Description: The purpose of this Project is to perform improvements at two separate project sites; Well Site SA-3/SL-3 and the Cherry Creek Irrigation Wells Site. Selection of the Contractor will be based upon the submittal of information required in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFP), including experience, past performance, suitability and availability of key staff, approach to work and proposed cost parameters. Contractor evaluation criteria are listed in the Contractor Selection section of this RFP. Following review of proposals, the District reserves the right to hold interviews with proposers. At the interviews, proposers will be asked to discuss their non-binding opinion of Project cost and underlying assumptions.
