Project questions/clarifications are due to the Goldsmith Metropolitan District, Attn: Andrew Adamowski Orchard Road Median Landscape Project: This project generally includes the purchase and installation of the following: removal and replacement of existing trees; soil preparation; mulch; construction of concrete landscape border; installation of boulders, shrubs, and ornamental grasses; installation of irrigation system; traffic and sediment control; and other. Schedule shall assume a start date of February 2, 2024 and a project completion date of March 30, 2024 (for substantial completion of the last phase). Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % The owner reserves the right to reject any bidder as not qualified, reject any and all bids, waive irregularity in the bidding, or negotiate regarding or accept responsive and responsible bids, as the best interests of the District may be served, said determination to be made in the sole discretion of the District. Bidders shall have no right to hear or review competing bids or the documentation or analysis thereof.
