Courthouse Annex Building Replacement of the Trane Roof Top Units. This Bid contains instructions to prospective proposers and specifications for Replacement of Trane Roof Top Units. Project Address: 153 N River Street, Wilkes Barre, PA 18711 The County of Luzerne, a third class County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is soliciting bids from qualified companies registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The County desires to obtain the highest quality of Trane Roof Top Units at the lowest cost to its taxpayers. Any questions in regard to the bid package, please contact Mary Ann Amesbury at 570-820-6337 or MaryAnn. Amesbury@luzernecounty.org. All vendors and contractors may be required to submit a Performance Bond for any proposal over ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) to Luzerne County Purchasing upon contract award. When a Performance be fifty percent Bond is required the amount of the performance bond will (50%) of the total cost of the proposal or bid submitted. Luzerne County is looking to have eight (8) Trane Roof Top Units removed and replaced with brand new Trane Units at the Courthouse Annex Building.
