This RFQ is for a service agreement and annual load testing for the elevator located at the Public Safety Building at 40 Caswell Street from 12/1/23 - 6/30/25. Annual on-site service contract for one (1) Hydraulic OTIS Elevator, (2 Floor); work to be performed quarterly to include: Quarterly visits by trained personnel to perform cleaning and lubrication of elevator system. Annual RI State Inspection no load test and annual pressure relief valve test to be done in March of every year. Contract period shall be from December 1, 2023 - June 30, 2025, paid quarterly after work has been completed.
