Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: Scope required to address elevator(s) modernization outside of the elevator shafts. To include new elevator machine room, required electrical and miscellaneous items noted in the documents for code compliance. The anticipated construction for the elevator modernization is from 7/1/24 through 12/06/2024. Both construction scopes are required to occur at the same time. Construction Constraints: Occupied building during construction with teaching classrooms, clinics, and staff. Contractor to work with PM and Stakeholders on special provisions for student testing and/or other NO construction activity dates. Anticipated construction hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM. Contractor to coordinate dates/times for LOUD noises and disruptions to PM and Stakeholders i.e. demolition etc. Please review and address long lead item(s).
