The County of Lake is soliciting for professional landscape architecture and planning services for park, trail, and facilities projects. The County intends to establish one list of qualified firms from this solicitation, and enter into a three-year General Services Agreement (GSA) with one or more of those firms for on-call services, with an option of two additional one-year extensions. Questions must be submitted in writing only to parks@lakecountyca.gov and received by November 30, 2023. Answers to all questions will be provided via addendum no later than December 5, 2023 The County of Lake reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to withhold consideration of incomplete responses, to waive informalities or minor irregularities, or request additional information of the responders at its discretion, and reserves the right to terminate the solicitation and/or evaluation process at any time.
